Shaun King, the modern day Malcom X and Twitter warrior, has been a vocal detractor of Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter.
Following in the footsteps of his namesake, Martin Luther King Jr., Shaun decided to take inspiration from the ways of Rosa Parks and stage an old fashioned boycott.
Before his brave departure from the platform, he made one last post at 10:33 EST, then deleted the app.
The minutes after were monumental for the free Twitter movement, people immediately noticed that he had deleted his account.
The left mourned their loss, while the right wing celebrated their apparent defeat of this Black icon.

It is safe to say that no matter how hard Elon Musk and his cronies try to keep people like Shaun King from Twitter by allowing free speech to exist on the platform, he will always be there because he is too obsessed to quit.
